Job Description:
- Manage a client portfolio
- Communicate with both B2B and B2C clients via email or phone to meet their demands and requirements.
- Advise clients on suitable options and stay informed about market trends and upcoming products.
- Create tour programs according to clients’ requests, following Sales Department procedures.
- Collect marketing materials and provide additional information to clients (e.g., destination details and products) to enhance sales.
- Make calculations and send quotations to clients.
- Confirm bookings and notify clients of issued tickets for travel, accommodation, insurance, visa, and currency requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations and Accounting departments to follow up and ensure the completion of tour programs.
- Attend Sales team meetings and report on weekly assignments.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

* Education: College/University degree in Tourism – Hospitality/ Foreign Language/ Business * Experience: No experience in the tourism industry required. * Skill: - Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Good communication, organization and negotiation skills - Strong customer care * Language: Excellent speaking and writing English * Attitude: - Hard working, careful - Able to work under high pressure and overtime - Enthusiastic, passionate
