+ Carry out check - in and check – out process.
+ Update occupancy & unit status details on the computer system, giving copies +to authorized parties.
+ Check and register any tenant’s visitors, ensuring that the necessary details are obtained, i.e., passport, ID card, etc.
+ Receive all complaints / requests from tenants and forward to relevant departments or report directly to Line Manager. Keep tracking of the cases until it is resolved.
+ Answer the telephone promptly and clearly in a courteous and friendly manner.
+ Follow up, record, read, process information within authority and keep the FO + Logbook up to date daily.
+ Prepare any key cards for the next day’s tenant arrivals
+ Receive tenant’s payment and issue a proper receipt
+ Perform other tasks as requested by Line Manager.
Requirements:
+ Proficient in English, fluent communication skills
+ Graduated from college/university in related field
+ Have more than 6 months experience in similar role is an advantage
+ Able to work in shifts: Shift 1: 6am-2pm, Shift 2: 2pm-10pm, or Shift 3: 10pm-6am (if required)
