Head of QA/QC( Giám đốc Quản lý chất lượng)

1. Planning and implementation QA/QC Department:
- Implements & Maintains the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS18001, Certifications and other Accreditations.
- Conducts 1or 2 Internal Audits yearly together with the Surveillance Audit by 3rd Party.
- Setup plans, target and performance standards for the work procedure of the department.
- Reviews the Audit results and takes necessary steps to comply with the Standard requirements.
2. Organizing:
- Organize effective communication inside the department and expect people to do their own jobs effectively.
- Organize Quality meeting with Operation & Engineering& other departments regarding products and claim problems.
3. Control:
- Review & Approves of Quality Plan/ Inspection & Test Program
- Effectively control of document’s overall efficiency.
- Ensuring that all Departments are familiar with the company Quality, Health & Safety Policy.
- Maintains healthy working relationship with Third Party, Inspectors or Customer Representatives
4. Communications:
- Prepare monthly statistical analysis of Non-Conformity reports, process errors and Customers claims.
- Follows up on Customer Satisfaction analysis and communicate with the top management.
- Responds promptly to all queries from other department and sales offices.
- Conduct regular meetings with quality staff to review important issues and concerns.
5. Administration.
- Recommends hiring and termination of staff.
- Approve salary increase and normal promotion within guidelines of company policy.
- Prepare annual capital and operation budget for quality department and following approvals try to work within agreed budgets.
- Compiles, maintains and reviews department policy and procedure for efficient working of quality department.
- Reviews and evaluates Quality staff performance and their efficiency.
- Works within the Budget.
